DAY 6: Entertaining the crowd~Who To Invite
Well for tonight's task I will be looking at who to invite if I was to be the Host of the Olympics here in New Zealand in 2024 and I was to be invited to be on the committee that decides who to invite to participate in the opening ceremonies. As a member of the group you must choose one of the following people to be in the opening ceremony: Richie McCaw (rugby player), Lorde (singer), Kane Williamson (cricket player), Maria Tutaia (netball player), John Key (prime minister of New Zealand) or Shaun Johnson (league player).
Well, obviously it would be Lorde, why? Well because she could open the Olympics up with a New Zealand or one of her own original songs. Well not just that but she is very talented and it would be great to hear a Kiwi singer open our Olympic games for us wouldn't it. Also she is one of the greatest singers that represents New Zealand and that's why I would invite her.
(I still have my hopes up for the others to come and join to celebrate this ceremony in many ways possible though)

I think that Lorde is a fabulous choice. She is such a talented singer/songwriter. I am sure that she could write an amazing song for the Olympics.
