Monday Fitness

This morning room 7 had welcomed our reliever for today Mrs Gray, as to our teacher is away. As usual every morning we have fitness before we start our day, for fitness today we had been very physical.

Instead of having a game of Bull Rush or whatever, of course we'll have our stretches first then we will start our fitness. For fitness we had to run around the courts 3 times and then we played 2 rounds of relays, boys vs girls. We had changed it today because camp is coming up very soon and we need to be very fit, not saying we ain't fit but we just need to get more fit.

Today's fitness was 4 1/2 out of 5 for me because I did get sore ankles and I felt exhausted after the relays but after all it was a great fitness.
