Final Night of Matariki

Final Night of Matariki

Well to those who are not living in Auckland. Glen Innes was celebrating it's last day for Matariki. Glen Innes was very packed with families who came to celebrate the final night of Matariki. Also to those who did you did witness the bright and joyful lights and explosions of fireworks also performances. Tonight my whole bunched up family had driven down to the Maybury reserve to explore more lights, watch the fireworks also the performers since my school had performed there on Thursday night. Anyways we got there around 8:30pm because we had a family service, when we went we explored the lights for about 25 minutes then returned to where the fireworks were blowing. We counted down from 10 and once we reached the number 1 it went boom boom boom in the sky. The fireworks were amazing then last year's one I'll say even the lights. After the fireworks families left. The fireworks were my favourite part of the night also.
