Day 4: Activity 2

In this activity number 2 I have watched trailers of a national favourite/famous New Zealand movie  Whale Rider 1 and 2.

I will be writing a short summary about the movie and I will give it my ratings.

Whale Rider 1: In this short trailer I watched about Whale Rider 1. I can tell this movie Whale Rider was a big hit. This movie was about a young girl who grew up in a Maori environment, she did a play about a whale and she spoke up one evening about who she was. At Dinner her papa and dad would have arguments in front of her. She visits the beach and in site she see's a whale near the rocks, she hops on it and goes.

Whale Rider 2: The next part of Whale Rider, is interesting and sad. The young girl, Paikea learnt more about her history and focus on learning about whales. Paikea learnt to dive, she learnt skills and she had the courage to take on the pass.

She carried on her journey I think ..??

Ratings:[1 = bad movie, 2 = okay movie, 3 = pretty good, 4 = good movie, 5 = excellent movie].

2. Whale Rider 2 - 5 1/2

I enjoyed the Whale Rider 2 mostly.
