Pearls of Wisdom Programme

So from the last term 8 girls have been given the opportunity to join the Pearls of Wisdom programme associated and runned by our school social worker Cecelia. So today was our first session for this programme. We will be having this programme every once a week on Wednesdays for an hour or two at the latest. Anyways this programme is only for girls from age 11-14. This programme is about us girls having to be more confident and more belief in ourselves also because our self-esteem. 

So for today's first session and for the next few ones we often start this programme with something to eat to keep us motivated and fully thinking with ideas. So we ate ... the food was delicious. So after eating we were given our own journal to design and after designing it was ours to keep but in this journal you could only write positive things inside of it etc(happy feelings, poems, quotes, recipes) or anything that makes you happy and feeling positive about yourself. But then it was time to go home. 

I really enjoyed this session.
