Performance at Grace Joel Retirement Village

Today after Technology we had left in a hurry to get dressed then assembled in the bus ready to go to Grace Joel Retirement Village in Glen Dowie. We all got dressed in our cultural groups, Samoan Sasa, Cook Island, Tongan and Maori. Those were the only cultural groups who presented Glenbrae School.

We got together to go to the Grace Joel Retirement Village to share our appreciate and thanks to them because they always volunteer themselves to help our school with breakfast and reading with our young ones down in the juniors.

For I was in the Samoan Sasa, a slap dance lead by Mrs Tofa but taught by the boys Alfred, Miami and George to be precise. This Samoan sasa really got together fast and sharp. It was really awesome.

The other cultural groups looked colourful especially the Tongan group they were shockingly awesome with their colours also their performance. To the other cultural groups were excellent and wowed us all with their talent.

Our performance today was awesome and I will say acceptable. We all tried our hardest and we were brilliant at answering questions, also confident.

I do have to agree that the boys did a great job in putting the sasa together. You were all fantastic to be honest.
